Morningview Child Care participates in and works with child care assistance and subsidy programs, including programs administered by third-party organizations.

When you ask us for assistance with one of these programs, we may use information you provide to help you understand program requirements, prepare documentation, or navigate the application process.

Morningview Child Care does not make eligibility, approval, payment, or benefit determinations on behalf of third-party assistance programs. Those determinations are made by the organization or government agency administering the applicable program.

Morningview Child Care is an approved child care provider that may serve families receiving child care assistance administered by Children's Home Society of California (“CHS”).

Morningview Child Care is a separate child care provider and is not Children's Home Society of California.

If you contact us regarding CHS assistance, we may help you understand information made available by CHS and assist you with preparing for the application process. CHS determines program eligibility and enrollment. Morningview Child Care cannot guarantee approval or eligibility.

Morningview Child Care does not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate our child care business, provide a service you requested, comply with applicable legal requirements, or assist you in communicating or completing a process with a child care assistance program when you have requested or authorized such assistance.

Information may also be processed by service providers that support our website, communications, advertising, forms, or other business operations.

Morningview Child Care may use online platforms, including our website and social media advertising platforms, to receive inquiries from prospective families.

Information submitted through a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform's own privacy policies and terms.

When you submit an inquiry through one of our online forms or advertisements, Morningview Child Care may contact you using the information you provide.

Our online inquiry and advertising forms are intended for parents, guardians, and other adults seeking child care.

We do not intentionally ask children to submit personal information directly through our marketing or inquiry forms. Parents or guardians may provide information about their children when necessary to inquire about child care services.

We take reasonable administrative and operational measures to protect personal information in our possession.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal or regulatory requirements, and support our ongoing relationship with families.

You may ask Morningview Child Care to update or correct information you previously provided.

You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications. Certain records may still need to be retained when required for legitimate business, licensing, contractual, or legal purposes.

Morningview Child Care may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements.

Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
